4 Games Completed in March 2020

My Beaten & Completed Games My Game Backlog Progress

I completed 4 games in March 2020: Half-Life 2, Jade Empire, and two arcade games. I started the next game from my 2020 list, The Legend of Zelda – Majora’s Mask.

Each month I review my progress through my game backlog. This helps me to stay motivated and allows me to make short-term goals.

Completed and Beaten Games

I enjoyed Half-Life 2 more than Half-Life. Everything was more varied from the gameplay to the locations. Here is my full review of both games.

Jade Empire provides a fun combat experience but is all about social encounters. Here is my full review.

I also played The King of Fighters 2002 until I won three fights and played through Princess Remedy in a World of Hurt.

Other Goals

I unlocked the Solo Scrapper achievement in Magic Duels. I am working on my goals for Hearthstone and the last achievement for Magic Duels.

Progress & Milestones

I have completed four out of 12 games on my list for 2020.

Challenges

I took advantage of the Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey free weekend, which I enjoyed. It made me anticipate playing Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate which I picked up for free last month, but it did delay my playing of Majora’s Mask.

Taking the time to actually play a game is still hard for me. I might have to designate a specific time of day to play. That’s going to be hard though with my hours at work picking up.

Since I won’t be working for a while due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I will have more time to devote to playing games.

New Games

Six free games from the Epic Games Store: Offworld Trading Company, Anodyne 2: Return To Dust, A Short Hike, Mutazione, The Stanley Parable, and Figment. Offworld Trading Company was on my wishlist.

What were your game backlog accomplishments this month? What commitments have you made for next month? Let me know in the comments.
