I completed Dishonored in high chaos and Life is Strange in February 2021. I will be unlocking achievements in Torchlight and Torchlight II.
By the end of my low chaos run of Dishonored, I was really enjoying it. Switching to a high chaos run was difficult and perhaps hindered my ability to try different powers and strategies except for an achievement. This Dishonored walkthrough was helpful.
Here are the next three videos in my Dishonored playthrough.
Life is Strange Complete
I enjoyed Life is Strange for the most part, the story, the characters, the music, there were three things I didn’t like. I was also unable to save Kate Marsh which was disappointing so I might replay the game. I’m interested to see how that changes things.
First, I didn’t like the inability to skip some cut scenes in collectible mode, which might not have annoyed me as much if I remembered I could play the game on my tablet through SteamLink.
I also had trouble controlling her rewind ability and I felt it took to long when you needed to rewind an entire scene of dialogue because you couldn’t rewind during a conversation (you had to wait until it was over.)
Lastly, the names of the achievements were unhelpful. Although I liked a lot of the references to photography in the story and I liked taking the photographs, the achievement names had nothing to do with what you were supposed to photograph.
Progress & Milestones
I made progress on Solitarica. I completely upgraded my Monk deck and beat the boss with it and the Warrior deck. I also unlocked 4 achievements in Torchlight and 3 achievements in Torchlight II.
I successfully completed my TrueSteamAchievements goal for the month and reached the 1,500 Achievements Won milestone.
I added three games to my backlog: Halcyon 6, Spacechem, and For the King.
What to Play Next
I have DLC for Dishonored, but I’m taking a break for a bit. I am going to try to finish Torchlight and Torchlight II. I made a goal to increase my TrueSteamAchievement score by 970 by the end of March 2021 by completing my To-Do list. There are 56 items on my To-Do list. In total, they are worth 2,397 TrueSteamAchievement points.
